My GS is 21 months. He weighs 111 lbs. and still growing.
I make sure he doesn't get too much calcium which weakens large dog structure and use it to make him larger which will be a negative effect on his bone mass. Too much calcium is bad.

My GSD puppy is not even 5 months old, yet will be in a couple of weeks and weighs 62 lbs. and is NOT fat. He's already 22 inches at shoulder, and I didn't pick the biggest pup, picked the calm one that made good eye contact, about middle in temperament.
He's a B/T, massive head, thick boned, deeper chest (probably from sire's AKC/CKC show lines) his dam is all Schutzhund but she wasn't titled. Nice looking B/R female though, although bigger. Sire was big, 30 inches at shoulder and 110 lbs. at 18 months, so I suspect your guy will mature to 110-120.
Both sire/dam were OFA'd good to excellent and DM free, so I'm not too worried about size, he has an excellent temperament, high ball drive, very smart, loves water, and gets along with the horses... wants to play with them!
He's been an excellent pup nothwithstanding his massive size. And he's put together really straight, no roach back, good bite, ears, eyes, paws, he's actually really nice and vet confirmed put together really well. SO don't let the people pick on you for size if he's a good dog.
I don't expect him to do a lot of work, just nice family dog for us and grandchildren and go woof-woof when strangers come, which so far hasn't been the case, he's not much of a barker, more observant.

I believe that is awesome. However suggest a good balanced food for proper bone development, too much weight with improper food can develop into hip dysplasia.
