Belgian Malinois Mix
Ryder's tail also curls up over his back, so I wonder if he has some Chow or Keeshond mixed in. Ryder is the last picture on that page. Unfortunately, it did not capture his tail. The only way to know for sure is to get a dog dna test. I sent in samples for dog dna testing and will write a report once I find out what Ryder is. :) Hope this helps! |

Shepherd Mix?????
Thank you Jennifer, I looked at the Belgium Malinois Mix and the picture is almost identical to my dog. The biggest difference is the tail, his curls up over his back and has blond tones, very pretty. Could it be?????????? |

Belgian Malinois Mix
From your description, I wonder if your dog could be a Belgian Malinois Mix? I have one as well with a black nose and black tipped ears, but reddish brown everywhere else. His name is Ryder, but I typically call him "Brown dog." :) Especially since one of my smart-aleck friends calls him "Penske." Can you post a picture? That may help us help you decide.
