Not sure if Dakota is a mixed breed or not

This is Dakota.

She was given to use by some friends. They had adopted her from a local animal shelter. They had recently moved to a new place that didn't allow dogs.

She is about 5 months old. Healthy and happy in her new home with us.

We are just not sure if she is mixed. If she is. It's not really showing much. But we just have a feeling there is something else there.
