Human OTC Pain Meds

This evening, me and my 7 month GSD were playing fetch when she ran full force into the corner of our house block. She immediately went down crying. I picked her up, took her in and she laid down for about 10 minutes. Then she got up running and jumping but now she's been sleeping and when she got up was limping and not acting right.

What can I give her for pain till the Vet opens tomorrow afternoon? Please help us, I hate to think that she is in any pain. Thank you in advance.
